*Black Cat Bow Repair and Restoration reserves the right to refuse work on any bow who's value is less than the amount of repair work needed to make playable, or on any bow made of brasil wood or other difficult materials. In some cases, it is more affordable to purchase a new bow rather than to repair the existing bow, and we can furnish you with information for some very reputable shops to seek more information on purchase.
*Black Cat Bow Repair and Restoration strives to complete the highest quality work in the most timely fashion possible, however, we are unable to control the environment that the completed bows are in, both humidity and temperature wise, once they leave our shop. While bows are very personal to players, players need to understand that both the hair and wooden plugs used in rehairing a bow shrink and swell with the changes in weather, and altering these issues is an easy fix, and not the result of poor repair work. If you require a shorter or longer rehair length, please let us know at the time of repair, and we will work with you to make sure that we understand what you require. We will adjust any repair work we have done at no charge until the customer is happy with how their bow is playing. In some cases, some extra shipping cost may arise as a result for out of town customers.
